Each piece is made once the order comes in. Because of the nature of the items used, each item may differ slightly in color, shape, and size from the product images. Your jewelry will be handmade within 5 – 7 working days of your order date. If we have a problem in supplying your order we will contact you by telephone. Most items ship within one week of ordering.
