Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love your new jewelry! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order please feel free to contact us with your Invoice number & we will send you our returns form. We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. Any items returned without previous approval or that do not meet our standards could be denied or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded & are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 2-3 business days from the day we receive the shipment for us to process the package. we will issue a refund to the original form of payment minus the shipping cost.

We can custom make jewelry upon request but please understand we do not accept returns/exchanges on custom cut pieces since they are made by request.
